Service Description
A1 hour integrative session combining therapy, coaching, and practical tools. Sessions are flexible and can be held online, in our calm consulting room, or outdoors with optional animal-assisted support. Designed for children (8+), teens, and adults to build resilience, emotional regulation, and confidence.
